Made from local dark walnut wood from Pennsylvania this table is 5' W x 65'' L x 30'' H and extends 115'' when leaves are in placed. The curved legs are laminated and cascade into the burl base, which is verneered. Brass is used as an accent.

This is a Dollhouse designed and made for the Daughter of Alex and Catherine Adams of Philadelphia, PA. It was inspired by many observations of the family's lifestyle. They currently live in a warehouse style building that is U-shaped and that attracts a lot of artists/makers like myself.
I was very interested in the building before I met the family and currently it is the home of my woodshop/studio. The family approached me last fall to make her a house that reflects their lifestyle and the daughter's imagination. The Planetarium Complex is 32'' L x 29'' H x 18'' Depth. It can be enjoyed by both boys and girls.
